By accessing or using Proself, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Proself for lawful purposes only. Automated scraping, reverse engineering our APIs, or account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Billing & Subscriptions
Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually upfront. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full commercial ownership of all assets generated while on a paid plan. Assets generated on the free tier are licensed for non-commercial, personal use only. The Proself platform codebase, branding, and UX are our exclusive intellectual property.
Prohibited Content
Generating illegal, non-consensual, deeply offensive, or malicious content is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor for abuse and will permanently ban violating accounts without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Proself is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute uptime or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
