At Proself, we believe in radical transparency. This policy outlines exactly how we protect your data.
Data Collection
We collect only what's necessary to run the service: your account email and your usage history. Uploaded files are strictly used for temporary processing.
Data Usage
Your data is utilized exclusively to provide our service, manage your subscription, and fix bugs. We will NEVER sell your data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
Data Retention
Uploaded assets and generated outputs are stored in your account so you can use each tool's history and downloads. When you delete a generation, its related record and files are removed; deleting your account permanently removes associated data.
Security Infrastructure
All traffic is secured via enterprise-grade TLS/SSL encryption. We do not use your private uploads to train the foundational AI models we rely on.
Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
You maintain the absolute right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data at any time. Submit requests to support@proself.app. We process all requests within 30 days.
